Companies leverage JobsPikr for job market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis.<\/span>42Signals \u2013 A competitive intelligence and price monitoring platform that helps e-commerce businesses, brands, and retailers track pricing, product trends, and consumer insights across online marketplaces.<\/span>With our suite of data-driven solutions, PromptCloud is helping businesses across industries \u2014 e-commerce, job market analytics, market research, AI\/ML, and finance \u2014 unlock the power of web data.<\/span>About the Role<\/b><\/span>We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement to join us, and be a part of our growth story.<\/span>You will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple program execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales, product, engineering, QA, and external vendors on a need basis.<\/span>The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, exceptional account and project management skills, and experience handling large-scale, complex projects. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal direction while ensuring high-quality results.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>End-to-End Client Accounts and Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution.<\/span>AI & Technology Enablement: Work on projects leveraging AI\/ML technologies and integrating them into yours and the organisation\u2019s regular work stream.<\/span>Delivery Management: Understand, clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers, assist in scoping, schedule preparation, ensuring quality, and deployment excellence across the service and product offerings..<\/span>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, business teams, and external vendors to align priorities and drive execution.<\/span>Process Optimization & Automation: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance testing and release processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency.<\/span>Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements to reduce time-to-market while ensuring operational excellence.<\/span>Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.<\/span>Release Management: Drive planning of major\/minor and maintenance release windows, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.<\/span>Data-Driven Execution: Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions.<\/span>Communication & Documentation: Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams.<\/span>Key Requirements<\/b><\/span>Technical Background: Bachelor’s\/Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>Project & Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing release strategies.<\/span>Account Management: Build good rapport with the existing clients and the prospects leading to new opportunities discovery, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling. Review the delivery progress, successful onboarding, periodic invoicing and collections check.<\/span>AI\/ML Exposure: Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools.<\/span>Deep Hands-on Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.<\/span>Agile & Release Management: Experience managing Agile methodologies, participate and\/or conduct the daily standups, promptly update the incident management tools, prepare work breakdown structure for complex and timebound tasks\/projects, perform root cause analyses, initiate preventive and corrective actions.<\/span>Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to convey the technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good verbal and written communication with attention to detail.<\/span>Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize workflows.<\/span>Self-Driven & Proactive Mindset: Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, operate independently, and swiftly. Timely remediation of the incidents, ensuring on time delivery including the client and the internal assigned tasks.<\/span>Documentation: Ensure all the accounts and project related details are up-to-date and documented.
