This role is central to that vision.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is responsible for translating the company\u2019s RCM capability roadmap into production-ready solutions. You will work at the intersection of three functions:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Domain leadership: Bring deep knowledge across the charge-to-cash lifecycle to define what we build and why<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Product\/program management: Write requirements, drive sprints, manage vendor and build-vs-partner decisions, and own delivery timelines<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical bridge: Work hands-on with automation engineers, data engineers, and analytics teams to ensure solutions are built right and deployed into operations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You are the person who connects \u201cwhat the CFO needs\u201d to \u201cwhat the engineering team ships.\u201d<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>RCM Capability Roadmap Ownership<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Own the 18\u201324 month RCM solutions roadmap spanning eligibility, prior authorization, claim scrubbing, denial prevention, AR automation, underpayment recovery, and credentialing<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Conduct gap assessments against the capability matrix and prioritize build\/buy\/partner decisions for each capability<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Define the RCM maturity framework and lead quarterly business reviews with clients anchored in measurable outcomes<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Automation &#038; Analytics Delivery<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Translate denial patterns, AR aging data, and operational bottlenecks into automation use cases and analytics dashboards<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation modules (RPA bots, workflow engines, rules engines)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive sprint-based delivery with the automation and data engineering teams; participate in reviews and hold the bar on quality<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Design denial-feedback loops, predictive models (starting with rules + logistic regression), and operational playbooks that tie analytics to action<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cross-Functional Coordination<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Serve as the connective tissue between RCM operations, automation engineering, analytics, and data engineering teams<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Establish and run a regular operating rhythm (sprint cadence, backlog grooming, demo sessions, retrospectives) across these teams<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage vendor evaluations and integrations for clearinghouse, eligibility, RPA, and contract analytics tools<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Thought Leadership &#038; Client Value<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Help position the company\u2019s RCM offering as \u201cplatform + playbooks + governance,\u201d not just tools or FTEs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop segment-specific blueprints (rural hospital, regional system, multi-specialty group) with recommended stacks and ROI models<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Build the narrative around \u201crevenue infrastructure\u201d\u2014credentialing, access, documentation, and payer strategy as an integrated system<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Experience &#038;
