This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive business results through talent management, employee relations, and more.<br \/><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Partnership:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and people needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on HR strategies that support business goals and operational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Influence leadership decisions with data-driven insights and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Talent Management:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in talent management processes including talent reviews, leadership development.<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps and create solutions to build and sustain a high-performance culture.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Engagement &#038; Culture:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a culture of engagement and drive inclusion for growth<\/li>\n<li>Work with managers to improve employee satisfaction (OHS \u2013 org health), retention, and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and execute programs that improve organizational culture and employee morale.<\/li>\n<li>Change Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support business transformation and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on organizational design and structure to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to leaders and managers to build their leadership capabilities and improve team effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations &#038; Conflict Resolution:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.<\/li>\n<li>HR Metrics &#038; Reporting:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize HR analytics to assess trends, provide insights, and recommend actions to improve business and people outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance) and implement corrective actions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Learning &#038; Development:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Learning &#038; Development teams to create and implement training programs to develop the skills of managers and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous learning and professional growth within teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure policy consistency\/compliance<\/li>\n<li>Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent<\/li>\n<li>Partner with TA to identify local sources of talent and evaluate candidates for hiring<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Global HR COE\u2019s to:<\/li>\n<li>Execute tools\/ programs to drive employee engagement<\/li>\n<li>Execute communications<\/li>\n<li>Develop local\/ Functional succession plans<\/li>\n<li>Play an active role in PepsiCo values\/ culture\/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to build trust &#038; sustainable interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence business leaders at executive level<\/li>\n<li>Business Partnering &#038; consulting skills<\/li>\n<li>Matrix Management<\/li>\n<li>Coaching &#038; Facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong HR execution skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced global or multinational organization.<\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, HR certifications) preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex HR projects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics\/reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Competencies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.<\/li>\n<li>High emotional intelligence, with strong listening and empathy skills.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.<\/li>\n<li>Focused on delivering high-quality HR services with attention to detail and urgency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: Previous experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or similar high-paced, global companies is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices across multiple regions and cultures.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why PepsiCo?
