\n B.Arch, Interior Design Graduate
Experience:<\/b>
\n 1-3 years\u2019 work experience in design project coordination doing similar role in mall\/retail\/
\n hotel\/commercial projects.
\n Kindly note this is not a design role but coordination & management role for the project.
\n Only candidates living in Mumbai should apply. Others can apply however as a company policy; housing
\n is not provided.
\n Tasks and Activities for the role:
\n 1. Take hand over of the tenant from the leasing team post LOI
\n 2. Issuing Welcome Kit to the tenant
\n 3. Resolve queries by tenant\/ their design team\/client for the design<\/span>4. Follow up with tenant\/client on Design Docket
\n 5. Escalate any delays in obtaining Designs to Seniors\/Leasing\/sales Team
\n 6. Generate and circulate MIS of tenants fit outs \/design progress to key stake holders
\n 7. Conduct weekly tele\/video conference\/in person meets with Leasing\/sales Team\/client
\n 8. Verify & check if tenant has issued Complete Design Dockets
\n 9. Follow up & obtain any missing drawings from the tenant.
\n 10. Issue tenant\u2019s MEP drawings to Mall Engineering team and obtain MEP feedback\/approval from
\n mall chief engineer.
\n 11. Issue final MEP approval (as per above) to tenants
\n 12. Once Rave Design team issues feedback, convey the same to tenant.
\n 13. Obtain revised Design Docket from tenant in conformity to the feedback.
\n 14. Once Rave Design team issues design approval and then convey the same to tenant.
\n 15. Issue set of approved design to Client\u2019s Fit-out Manager at Site.
\n 16. Working as company SPOC with client & other consultants
\n 17. Manage client relationship
\n 18. Interact with client & internal teams & outsourced consultants seamlessly.
\n 19. Attend any site meetings as required
\n 20. Taking minutes of meeting and circulate these, MIS, various reports
\n 21. Tracking & monitoring timelines
\n FOR SITES IN MUMBAI or occasionally outside
\n 1. Being posted at site if within Mumbai as required
\n 2. Coordinating and managing site visits by tenant \/their architect\/ design team for the purpose of
\n the fit out.
\n 3. Coordinating & managing joint measurements with tenant \/ his design team\/contractor for the
\n purpose of agreement.
\n 4. Resolving tenant\u2019s queries w.r.t. the site\/grey shell
\n 5. Coordinating with Client\u2019s Project engineers to ensure completion of grey shell for the purpose
\n of handover
\n 6. Coordinating with the tenant\u2019s contractor & Clients Operations team for a kick off meeting at the
\n start of fit out.
\n 7. Coordinating with tenant for board out of property and getting it executed before move-in
\n 8. Ensure that the fit out is in accordance with the approved design.
\n 9. Identifying and escalating any deviation from the approved design.
\n 10. Resolve any technical queries \/issues during the course of fitout
\n 11. Coordinating with the Client\u2019s Project\/Engineering\/Operations team for regular site inspections
\n of each fit out as per the fit-out processes and generate reports of the same.
\n 12. Develop periodical MIS reports of the fit-outs for the management.
\n 13. Generate Fit Out Completion Report
\n 14. De-scoping activities coordination for any unit which becomes vacant.
\n 15. Get involved in miscellaneous works related to interiors technical aspects, CAD drawings,
\n signages etc.<\/p>\n
