The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with experience in omnichannel campaign execution and platform maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in a multi-org environment.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and configuration management, including Marketing Cloud Connect.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and optimize marketing automation processes using SSJS, AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, investigate, and resolve platform-related issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connect with SalesCloud and\/or ServiceCloud.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless data integration with platforms like Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, and others using SOAP and REST APIs. Veeva Vault knowledge a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong focus on providing omnichannel support.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven expertise in multi-org SFMC environments and strong understanding of API integrations (SOAP, REST).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Expertise across a broader portfolio of digital channels preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to solve problems based on analytical thought and complex judgment, requiring in-depth knowledge of the market and experience in multi- and omnichannel marketing.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>High listening and reformulation skills to identify and serve internal customer needs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to explain complex, technical, or difficult situations to others in a comprehensible way.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects in parallel across numerous countries in different time zones.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solution and results-oriented with a proven ability to support cross-functional projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/ined1894a58c150114b88f118dc2554538?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description Solvios Technology Solvios Technology is a leading provider of software solutions, specializing in mobile app development, web development, e-commerce solutions, CRM and ERP implementation, blockchain, data analytics, and AI\/ML solutions.
