Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.- Manage and analyze PPC, display, retargeting, and social media ad campaigns.- Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.- Conduct A\/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost-effectiveness.- Generate reports and insights to present campaign performance and recommendations.Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making.- Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, and remarketing campaigns.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
