Scrum Masters are key leadership positions in a global organization and part of the Agile Excellence Chapter.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The squads are located in India but require many interactions with Europe and other countries.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>JOB SUMMARY<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the squads to meet their goals : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for customer satisfaction through a robust customer feedback loop<\/li>\n<li>quality<\/li>\n<li>time to market<\/li>\n<li>development costs<\/li>\n<li>product costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> but as well to support the Product Owner and the squad members in the Agile transition to common alignment, self-organization, fostering communication, encouraging adaptation and flexibility to changes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>What she\/he will do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide the Squads focusing on creating high value releases.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Product Owner to ensure strategy and execution alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Be the key facilitator and primarily responsible for facilitation of Squads events.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement by coaching Squad members in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self-improvement, and drive change management.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inter-dependencies between squads, identify risks and opportunities for execution and business success.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Squads impediments.<\/li>\n<li>master Agile processes and fine tune them to Squad needs (e.g., mixing Scrum &#038; Kanban to manage maintenance &#038; development) while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate Squad delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Lead animation of a multidiscipline cross functional squad &#8212; Design &#038; Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing plants, Launch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> + Follow-up the budget of the Squads<br \/>\n       + Collaborate to the agile transformation of the squad.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<span class=\"br\"><\/span>10+ years of work experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2 years of product or project development experience would be advantageous.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2 years of experience in Project\/Program management would be advantageous.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good understanding of DFMEA, PFMEA and PPAP process.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good understanding of Hardware product life cycle management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong facilitation techniques<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Promotes Agile values and principles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of at Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate priorities.
