We help clients by :<span class=\"br\"><\/span>1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3) Providing critical information for stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS &#038; US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury &#8211; IFRS 9 accounting &#038; implementation support etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your key responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical Excellence<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Execute the following FAAS solutions using global service delivery framework: &#8211; Accounting support for transactions such as purchase price accounting, divestiture\/carve-out accounting, IPOs, SPACs and\/or Fresh start (Bankruptcy) accounting &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; Preparation of financial statements\/MD&#038;A GAAP conversion Accounting policy and governance Accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing supervisors of engagement status<\/li>\n<li>Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports<\/li>\n<li>Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the client&#8217;s critical success factors to the engagement team.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark client data to industry data in order to make possible recommendations for improvements<\/li>\n<li>Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards and firm policies (e.g., guidelines of the EY EYI FAAS Policy Manual); and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and\/or complex client situations<\/li>\n<li>Receive direction from the Manager, Senior Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and attributes<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>To qualify for the role you must have<\/b><br \/><b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>chartered Accountancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-4 years of experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we look for<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
