What You Will Do<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Perform automated testing on new technologies and features to ensure their reliability and functionality<\/li>\n
- Identify and articulate flaws in both the application and the testing process, contributing directly to the improvement of the product’s quality<\/li>\n
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to provide valuable input on feature implementations and project requirements<\/li>\n
- Write test scenarios and execute them during the testing process to ensure comprehensive coverage<\/li>\n
- Enhance and refactor the existing test framework to improve its efficiency and effectiveness<\/li>\n
- Investigate and determine the root cause of bugs in areas where you have domain expertise<\/li>\n
- Define test plans for projects and features, ensuring that the testing process is well-structured and thorough<\/li>\n
- Create separate test frameworks for projects that can be reasonably automated, tailored to specific requirements<\/li>\n
- Manage and triage reported defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues promptly<\/li>\n
- Continuously improve the testing infrastructure to enhance its reliability and scalability<\/li>\n
- Stay updated on features delivered by other teams, allowing a broad view of possible interactions between subsystems<\/li>\n
- Actively contribute to the codebase by providing updates and utilities to support the testing process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What We Need<\/b><\/p>\n\n- At least 4 years of experience using automated testing tools and procedures in an agile environment<\/li>\n
- Capable of investigating automation risks and handling failures effectively<\/li>\n
- Familiarity with testing tools for Javascript, such as Jest, Mocha, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, NUnit, Cucumber, Telerik, Specflow, or other similar tools<\/li>\n
- Demonstrated ability to enhance both processes and application quality, taking initiatives to drive improvements<\/li>\n
- Proficient in identifying optimal solutions for ambiguous and complex problems, prioritizing tasks effectively<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of design patterns and their application in test automation<\/li>\n
- Able to define technical solutions and operational processes to elevate team performance<\/li>\n
- Skill in developing custom testing solutions rather than solely relying on known templates\/practices<\/li>\n
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse team<\/li>\n
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with innovative approaches to testing and best practices in the field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
