The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM modules.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incidents\/problems as level two and level three support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Core competencies, knowledge and experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ServiceNow Development:<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Proven track record of successful ServiceNow integrations with third-party<span class=\"br\"><\/span>VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>India:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
