But we\u2019re even more passionate about our People!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Primary Purpose of Role<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business Development Executive\u2019s role in Retail concentrates on achieving targets through best in class execution and service. With the potential of booming growths in the city, outlet coverage and new town expansion is a key focus area. Besides this, the role-holder will be responsible for maintaining commercial hygiene as well as stock hygiene. Finally, the real impact of the role is seen through building and maintaining effective relationships with the Distributor, Salesmen, Promotors, as well as within his Line Manager team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The position is based out of Indore.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Roles and Responsibilities &#038; Key Deliverables<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sales Focus <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual agreed Sales targets within laid down business terms<\/li>\n<li>Sales target setting and monitoring for Distributors, TSI\u2019s at a beat level<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Actual Sales and mid-course corrections and inputs to reduce variance against expectations<\/li>\n<li>Sales projection for distribution business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Area &#038; Business Planning <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential Areas &#038; appoint distributors in line with business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Plan &#038; allocate ISR\u2019s basis market potential<\/li>\n<li>Formulate &#038; execute the secondary sales plan \u2013 Area wise, distributor wise, Brand wise, SKU wise<\/li>\n<li>Conduct JCM\u2019s for all TSI\u2019s every month and review area performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Distribution Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of TSI and distribution network<\/li>\n<li>Develop and ensure implementation of Distribution plan across distributor territories<\/li>\n<li>Ensure category availability, visibility &#038; freshness (Stock rotation)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the TSI\u2019s are servicing the market for breakages &#038; stock destruction<\/li>\n<li>Formulate and ensure implementation of trade &#038; consumer promotion plans<\/li>\n<li>Support micro marketing\/ customer activation initiatives planned for the area.<\/li>\n<li>Competition tracking &#038; providing inputs to the ASM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Distributor Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educate and train the distributors on DMS systems &#038; processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure distributor compliance to agreed service levels &#038; credit terms<\/li>\n<li>Review distributor financial health (pipeline and outstanding)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Freezer Governance<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Knowledge\/Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience \u2013 Relevant minimum 3 yrs experience in the same space, preferably FMCG industry<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Professional\/ Technical Competencies <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Planning and Development<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan for sales targets, sales projections and stock planning<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify potential business partners, geographies, channels<\/li>\n<li>Understanding market place dynamics and pulse of trade and shoppers<\/li>\n<li>Distributor Management : Distributor financial management, commercial policy, investment and ROI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Apply Now if you are looking to be part of a flourishing and energetic environment!
