We are already recognized as an industry leader for Order-to-Cash, utilizing ML and AI for intelligent automation, and Accounts Payable optimization using Virtual Cards, but we\u2019re not stopping there. We are part of the Automated Finance vertical, and we are building new features for our customers, accelerating time-to-value, and unlocking AP & AR services for the larger FinTech platform, to enable developers across all verticals to easily consume our services.<\/span>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/span>Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to fully understand the feature and product vision and provide engineering feedback.<\/span>Mentor junior engineers and help hire new talent to build a stronger team.<\/span>Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, product managers and senior leadership.<\/span>Participate in the agile (Scrum) process throughout the SDLC to engineer solutions to meet the business needs of our customers.<\/span>Design and develop new software or make modifications to existing complex software applications using disciplined processes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.<\/span>Take part in reviews of work, e.g. design and code reviews, and demonstrate software to all stakeholders.<\/span>Contribute to owning and delivering processes that drive engineering quality and meet our engineering SLAs.<\/span>Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations.<\/span>Write high quality code and create design artifacts for large scale production systems.<\/span>Build secure, robust, scalable, and performant systems for processing transactions and managing customer data, using event\/message driven architecture.<\/span>What will you bring<\/b><\/span>6+ years of experience working on high scale or high stakes production software.<\/span>3+ years of experience working with service mesh architectures on major Cloud providers like AWS\/Azure..<\/span>Experience in building FinTech, payment, or banking systems.<\/span>Experience designing and implementing APIs and Microservices.<\/span>Experience integrating third-party vendor solutions into backend systems.<\/span>Hands on experience in Basic system design.<\/span>Python (preferred but optional)<\/span>Experience in HLD\/LLD<\/span>\u200b<\/span>What We Offer You<\/b><\/span>An exciting opportunity be a part of World\u2019s Leading FinTech Product MNC<\/span>To be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on core banking\/payments domain<\/span>A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities<\/span>A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities \u2013 FIS is your final career step!<\/span>Privacy Statement<\/span>FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
