We help clients by:<\/span>1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards<\/span>2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and<\/span>3) Providing critical information for stakeholders.<\/span>Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury – IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.<\/span>Your key responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Technical Excellence<\/span>Technical accounting- including understanding of complex topics like revenue, SBP, FI and Business combination
\n Wealth asset management
\n Treasury Process Executive | Business AnalystTech Treasury Based on the requirement
\n Technical accounting +Transaction accounting –<\/span>accounting and advisory services including support for GAAP conversion and implementation; IPO and other public offering assistance, transaction accounting and financial reporting assistance (purchase price allocation, divestiture accounting).<\/span>Skills and attributes<\/b><\/span>To qualify for the role you must have<\/b>
Qualification<\/b><\/span>Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
\n 2-5 years (post qualification) in Assurance including at least 1 years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experienceCandidates with prior Big4 experience would be an added advantage<\/span>Experience<\/b><\/span>Good understanding of IFRS\/US\/UK GAAP.
\n Good understanding of Indian accounting and auditing standards.
\n Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skillsAbility and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations,<\/span>industry practices and new technologies<\/span>Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
\n Working experience in relation to the following services\/solutions (atleast three):
\n Transaction accounting and reporting – IPO’s, SPACs, Carve Outs, PPA etcGAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards
\n Drafting and designing accounting policies
\n Technical accounting research and advice
\n Consolidation support
\n Financial statement close process support
\n Remediation and readiness
\n 2-5 years (post qualification) in Assurance including at least 1 years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience
