This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising trends to enhance media efficiency and drive ROI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programmatic Strategy &#038; Execution \u2013 Develop and implement data-driven programmatic media buying strategies across Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and Xandr.<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Management &#038; Optimization \u2013 Set up, monitor, and optimize real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplaces (PMPs), and direct programmatic deals to drive performance.<\/li>\n<li>Audience Targeting &#038; Data Utilization \u2013 Leverage first-party, second-party, and third-party data through DMPs\/CDPs to build high-converting audience segments.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Analysis &#038; Reporting \u2013 Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Viewability, VCR) using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and custom dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>AdTech &#038; MarTech Integration \u2013 Ensure seamless integration of ad servers, tracking pixels, conversion tags, and API-driven automation for accurate campaign execution.<\/li>\n<li>Privacy &#038; Compliance Management \u2013 Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and industry regulations, implementing brand safety, fraud prevention, and cookieless targeting strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration \u2013 Work closely with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to align programmatic efforts with overall business objectives and customer insights.<\/li>\n<li>Industry Trends &#038; Innovation \u2013 Stay updated on AI-driven programmatic trends, CTV, OTT, DOOH, and emerging media buying innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Professional &#038; Technical Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programmatic Advertising Expertise \u2013 Hands-on experience with DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, MediaMath) and RTB, PMP, and programmatic direct buying.<\/li>\n<li>Data Analytics &#038; Performance Tracking \u2013 Strong analytical skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) to measure campaign success and optimize performance.<\/li>\n<li>Audience Targeting &#038; Data Management \u2013 Expertise in DMPs\/CDPs (Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce DMP, Lotame) and identity solutions (Unified ID 2.0, LiveRamp, Google Privacy Sandbox) for effective audience segmentation.<\/li>\n<li>AdTech &#038; MarTech Integration \u2013 Knowledge of ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek), API integrations, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate campaign execution.<\/li>\n<li>Privacy &#038; Compliance Knowledge \u2013 Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, brand safety measures, ad fraud prevention (IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat), and cookieless targeting strategies for future-proof advertising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information:<\/b><br \/>\n       &#8211; The ideal candidate is a data-driven programmatic media expert with hands-on experience in DSPs, audience targeting, and ad tech integration, possessing strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and AI-driven advertising trends, and the ability to optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good to have skills: Data &#038; Analytics, marketing automation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: 7 years of experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
