\n Employment Type: Full-time, Infopro Learning employee dedicated to a global enterprise technology client<\/span>About the Opportunity<\/b><\/span>Infopro Learning is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer to support one of the world’s largest enterprise technology companies, known for innovation in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions. This is a high-impact role where you will design learning experiences that help global B2B customers adopt complex products spanning legacy systems and modern cloud technologies.<\/span>You will work fully on-site at our client’s Hyderabad office and operate as a consultative learning partner to product, UX, engineering, and customer success teams across the globe.<\/span>What You Will Do<\/b><\/span>Architect end-to-end learning solutions for advanced enterprise technology products.<\/span>Build curriculum strategies that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.<\/span>Consult with global stakeholders across sales, UX, product, and technical teams to design learning that solves real business challenges.<\/span>Develop engaging content using Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Snagit, and web-based formats.<\/span>Master complex technologies through immersive product training and continuous learning as new versions release.<\/span>Translate technical concepts into accessible, intuitive training for enterprise customer audiences.<\/span>Who You Will Support<\/span>Primary audiences: B2B enterprise customers implementing complex technology solutions.<\/span>Secondary audiences: Technical support teams and internal product teams.<\/span>Collaboration partners: Sales, UX, engineering, and customer success stakeholders worldwide.<\/span>What You Bring<\/b><\/span>Experience & Background<\/span>10+ years of instructional design experience within enterprise or technology environments.<\/span>Strong background with enterprise technology companies (e.g., VMware, L&T Mindtree, GE Vernova, or similar).<\/span>Proven success designing education for B2B customers and enterprise product ecosystems.<\/span>Strong consulting capability and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.<\/span>Experience working with international, cross-functional teams across time zones.<\/span>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex products and adapt to frequent updates.<\/span>Technical Skills<\/b><\/span>Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.<\/span>Strong video production skills using Camtasia and Snagit.<\/span>Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies.<\/span>Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product architecture.<\/span>Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and ID methodologies.<\/span>Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM compliance.<\/span>Consulting & Business Skills<\/span>Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.<\/span>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.<\/span>Experience leading needs analysis and solution design for enterprise customers.<\/span>Understanding of customer success, adoption models, and product lifecycle dynamics.<\/span>Nice to Have<\/b><\/span>JavaScript and CSS skills.<\/span>Adobe Captivate experience.<\/span>Exposure to cloud technologies or legacy-to-cloud transitions.<\/span>Understanding of semiconductor or infrastructure software domains.<\/span>API or technical documentation writing experience.<\/span>Learning analytics or data storytelling skills.<\/span>Experience with SaaS or complex enterprise software implementations.<\/span>What to Expect in This Role<\/span>Standard 40-hour week with flexibility for international collaboration.<\/span>Deep, structured product training upon onboarding.<\/span>Ongoing upskilling due to frequent product updates.<\/span>Close partnership with global teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<\/span>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions.<\/span>Manageable workload supported by planning and clear scoping.<\/span>How Success Will Be Measured<\/span>Mastery of the client’s product portfolio and ability to stay current on updates.<\/span>Learning solutions that directly improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.<\/span>Programs that reduce onboarding time, implementation friction, and support tickets.<\/span>Smooth collaboration with global teams and reliable on-time delivery.<\/span>Ability to quickly adapt learning materials to product version changes.<\/span>Career Path<\/span>This role aligns with Infopro Learning’s Learning Experience competency framework, offering clear pathways for growth in enterprise technology learning, consulting, and solution architecture.<\/span>If you’re passionate about transforming complex technology into learning that empowers customers, we’d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n
