Come join the global Ingredients leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your Focus<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As Key Account Manager, you will help in building relationships and programs that support and drive growth for pharmaceutical customers in South Asia (India).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The role is Mumbai, India based and will report to Regional Commercial Leader.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>How you will Contribute<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Understand and leverage Pharma Solutions strategy, values, organization, capabilities, proprietary technologies, resources, product and service offerings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position Pharma Solutions as a strategic trusted partner by co-creating winning value propositions that satisfy customer needs and support them to achieve their objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Identify\/create new business opportunities for the company, develop and execute strategies to generate new sales and help the company to achieve its financial goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Identify customer needs aligned with the company solutions. Develop deep customer relationships at all levels through intensive networking and providing best in class customer service.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strive to understand customer strategy, brands, potential and how the company will deliver value to their business.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Create, present and professionally execute account plans aligned with business objectives. Keep plans updated to maintain relevancy.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be accountable for accurate periodic sales forecasts and understanding of variances to forecasts and budgets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prepare sales reports and new business activity reports for the company management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Leverage internal resources, understand the company&#8217;s organization, capabilities, proprietary technologies, product and service offerings.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Primary contact for customers, maintain and improve the company&#8217;s position and image.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Establish productive, professional relationships with Key personnel in assigned customer accounts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive top-line revenue growth of your customer portfolio and overall market adoption of Pharma Solutions products while managing the day-to-day customer interactions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop and manage a strong network of customers, establish relationships of trust and adding value for the customer by providing personalized expertise and solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Fully recognizes oneself in Pharma Solutions core values and cultural signature: Customer centricity, Creativity, Speed of execution, Entrepreneurship, Quality.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Find, approach, and engage with new customers globally, identifying new business opportunities; Build and convey compelling value propositions for our API\u2019s and Excipients.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Consistently deliver on monthly and annual Territory demand sales and profit targets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Become the center of expertise on API\u2019s and Excipients for your customers and be their ambassador within the Pharma Solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Liaise with multi-functional teams internally to co-ordinate complex business development opportunities and customer projects (Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Quality etc.)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage internal stakeholders, including setting out and following up on actions, as well as monitor and report progress to ensure meeting project deadlines and objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collect and analyze market information, such as market trends and competitive information, prepare market reports and proactively set out the right strategies and programs based on this information.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you will need to be successful<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy from reputed Pharmaceutical College in India.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Atleast 12-15 years of experience in Sales of Pharmaceutical APIs and Excipients in South Asia (India).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for Key Accounts in South Asia (India).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business Management or MBA degree will be an added advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with customers engagement and key account management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business to Business sales experience in a commercial and technical sales environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, companies, technology.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven value selling and negotiation skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability and team player.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Effective listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Well versed with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Willing to travel extensively (15-20 days in a month minimum).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
