You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.<br \/><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into robust AWS cloud solutions<\/li>\n<li>Select and implement appropriate AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, CloudFront)<\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop and implement AWS solutions<\/li>\n<li>Assess existing infrastructure and recommend modifications for optimization<\/li>\n<li>Lead technical and design discussions to accelerate cloud adoption<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers and team members on AWS architectural principles and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ensure solutions align with IT security standards and industry compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments<\/li>\n<li>Monitor AWS spending and implement cost optimization strategies<\/li>\n<li>Generate technical specifications for complex software components and applications<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior team members on cloud technologies and architecture principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Contributing to your BU\/Practice by<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Driving the adoption of AWS cloud technologies and best practices<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Enhancing organizational efficiency through innovative cloud solutions<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Supporting cloud migration and modernization initiatives<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Ensuring robust, secure, and compliant cloud architectures<br \/>\n       \u00b7 Sharing knowledge and mentoring peers to build cloud competency within the team<br \/>\n       Qualifications we seek in you!<br \/>\n       Minimum Qualifications \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Qualifications \u2022 AWS Solution Architect certification <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with cost optimization and AWS pricing models<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring or leading technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting security reviews and vulnerability assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
