\n 1. Defining test requirements for EV drivetrain HV components
\n 2. Testing and validating functional requirements of EVs
\n 3. Failure analysis along with Design Team and final report preparation
\n 4. Managing test labs and test equipment’s<\/span>A Day in the life<\/b><\/span>~Defining test requirements for the EV drivetrain components
\n ~Testing EV drivetrain components and functional testing of EVs
\n ~Failure Analysis and test report preparation
\n ~Manage the test lab and test instruments<\/span>Academic Qualification & Experience<\/span>B. E \/ B. Tech in ECE \/ ICE \/ E&E \/ Mechatronics<\/span>Technical Skills\/Knowledge<\/span>Capability to use CAN tools i.e. CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape etc.
\n Hands on in managing test labs and operating test instruments
\n Proficiency of working in MS office i.e. Excel, word, project etc.<\/span>Behavioural Skills<\/b><\/span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n Project planning and execution under pressure
\n Team player with a winning attitude
\n Time management and project management skills
