She\/he is also responsible for mentoring junior Deal Execution Managers as well as managing &#038; reviewing multiple deals being executed by the team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>R\u034foles&#038; Responsibilities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>RFP Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursue and win 10M+ multi-service line deals.<\/li>\n<li>Create a Deal Summary and Win Strategy with inputs from SMU and GBL leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Onboard practice and solutions resources with the help of GBL leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Solution Integration: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the overall integrated solution as the SMU SPoC.<\/li>\n<li>Build solution storyboards with inputs from all stakeholders &#8211; ensuring a compelling response.<\/li>\n<li>Align the final solution architecture (including the statement of work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the legal review process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Estimation &#038; Commercial <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with GBL\/practices\/delivery for estimation<\/li>\n<li>Perform estimation reviews and optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Work with BFM to get deal price &#038; margins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Sales Enablement <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help own initiatives to drive GTM and geo pipeline and OB targets.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively work with Account and Hunting Sales Leaders and SMEs to come up with specific offerings based on market demand and execute proactive pitching.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Cluster Leads and their Client Partners to identify proactive pitches and submit solution proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Team management &#038; Bid Leadership <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and mentor junior members.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the execution of multiple bids<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> D\u034fesired Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering \/MBA (full time) or Post Graduate Preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 13 years of Work Experience including min 6 years in pre-sales &#038; solutions.<\/li>\n<li>High-level understanding of various offerings in digital, data, cloud, run &#038; change, and infrastructure technologies and DO&#038;P offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of enterprise IT especially in the world of financial services<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of IT delivery models and pricing models<\/li>\n<li>Presales Solutioning and Bid Management<\/li>\n<li>Team management experience<\/li>\n<li>Have the knack for creating out-of-the-box solutions, running multiple deals, working with, and driving consensus with diverse teams, and delivering on proposals and proactive pitches.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong structured problem-solving and insight development skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and high capacity to take calculated risks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written &#038; verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent business acumen and understanding of financials.<\/li>\n<li>Penchant for sales in Banking\/Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Reinvent your world.
