This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Join us redefine what\u2019s next for you.<\/span>Job Family Definition:<\/span>The Cloud Developer builds from the ground up to meet the needs of mission-critical applications, and is always looking for innovative approaches to deliver end-to-end technical solutions to solve customer problems.<\/span>What you will do:<\/b><\/span>4-7 years of experience in developing highly scalable cloud and cloud-native applications using a diverse range of technology stacks, architecture, design, development and support.<\/span>Proven skills and programming experience in Golang, scalable concurrent processing, REST, GRPC and Data Caching Services.<\/span>Ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.<\/span>Collaborate closely with the team to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.<\/span>Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions to provide full visibility to the different platform components using tools and services that are part of the cloud infrastructure.<\/span>Collaborate with other business units to understand and address their needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.<\/span>Experience in building, orchestrating and deploying highly scalable REST\/GPRC based stateless APIs\/web services for web applications in Kubernetes environment.<\/span>Familiarity with code versioning tools – such as Git, SVN.<\/span>Preferred:<\/b><\/span>Strong skills and programming experience in Golang, scalable concurrent processing, REST, GRPC and Data Caching Services.<\/span>Deep knowledge in the Kubernetes ecosystem w.r.t kubernetes object hierarchy and controller architectures.<\/span>Strong knowledge of container architectures including Docker, Cri-o, Containerd etc.<\/span>Strong knowledge developing Kubernetes applications with Observability principles.<\/span>Deep knowledge of Cloud-based Kubernetes environments (EKS, GKS etc.)<\/span>Understanding of microservices design and architectural patterns.<\/span>Expertise in Linux<\/span>Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments.<\/span>Comfortable collaborating with team-mates working from around the globe.<\/span>What you will need:<\/b><\/span>Experience with Helm charts.<\/span>Experience with Auto-scaling constructs in Kubernetes.<\/span>Knowledge of Kubernetes and Application observability.<\/span>Knowledge of Linux Networking (sockets, netdevices, namespaces, routing, bridges, iptables, conntrack, networking device drivers etc.), Container Networking technologies (Docker), Linux Storage architecture etc.<\/span>Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting etc.<\/span>Experience working on open-source projects.<\/span>Knowledge of complex event processing and event-driven architecture<\/span>Location: Hyderabad, India.
