You should excel in building scalable, performant systems and have a deep understanding of design and architecture patterns.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is for Immediately available BE Engineers only<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What You\u2019ll Do \u2014 <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.<\/li>\n<li>Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable code.<\/li>\n<li>The entire lifecycle of stories: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Solving complex technical problems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a highly scalable and performant backend based on event driven architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Building robust, secure and scalable microservices.<\/li>\n<li>Splitting features into tasks and for the backend architecture and its evolution.<\/li>\n<li>Performing an objective analysis of the problem statement and coming up with an unbiased technical solution before writing a single line of code.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards. This includes collaborating with QAs, PMs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality apps.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in, designing and driving the code review process.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing RESTful services with a metric-driven API Gateway.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring sub-second server response and will be responsible to implement relational, document, key, object or graph data-stores, index stores and messaging stores as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking defects and working with business owners and users to triage bugs and manage backlog.<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership to run and maintain Cloud infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating relevant technologies, influencing and driving architecture and design discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Owning and delivering end-to-end backend features, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with product stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Writing clean, efficient, maintainable code using best practices and participating in code reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Building reusable services and contributing to core engineering libraries.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting and demonstrating solutions through documentation, DFDs, and code comments.<\/li>\n<li>Solving complex technical problems with objectivity before writing code.<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of backend systems, including APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with Product to help drive KPIs and align engineering goals with business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Staying agile and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, scope, and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Own the inference tier for media: deliver low-latency scoring\/ranking APIs; tune batching\/concurrency\/precision; design caching\/back-pressure; enforce SLOs.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee offline\/online feature parity: feature storage, model versioning\/registry, schema evolution, drift detection.<\/li>\n<li>Orchestrate GPU-heavy pipelines end-to-end (key-frames \u2192 model calls \u2192 stitching) with priorities, retries, checkpoints, and cost budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Run online evaluation safely: shadow \u2192 canary \u2192 A\/B with metric guardrails and instant rollback.<\/li>\n<li>Build observability &#038; reliability: tracing, metrics, logs, error budgets, kill-switches, privacy\/rights compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Ship quality gates: lip-sync confidence scoring + fallback policy; scene-consistency checks before publish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You Bring \u2014<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Golang.<\/li>\n<li>Overall 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong base and framework expertise in Java\/Go\/Python.<\/li>\n<li>Basic working knowledge of frontend technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with frameworks \u2013 like Springboot, Quarkus, Gin\/Mux.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with microservice architectures, transactional systems, and distributed environments.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure in building RESTful APIs with monitoring, fault tolerance and metrics (with something like Newrelic).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSql (Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB).<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in OOP, SQL, Design Patterns with Data modeling experience in Relational databases.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in building GraphQL APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and version control (Git).<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed with TDD and Test Engineering and Automation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>To have mentored a team of 2-3 engineers.<\/li>\n<li>To be a self-starter who can work well with minimal-to-no guidance in a fluid environment.<\/li>\n<li>To be excited by challenges surrounding the development of highly scalable &#038; distributed systems.<\/li>\n<li>To be agile and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>To be experienced in working on massively large-scale data systems in production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, performance engineering, and API design.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience taking ML models from notebook \u2192 production (packaging, serving, autoscaling, optimization).<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in feature lifecycle (contracts, versioning, offline\/online parity) and model lifecycle (registry, rollout, rollback).<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with orchestrating compute-intensive workflows and managing latency\/cost trade-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Experimentation ops: canary\/A-B design, metric plumbing, guardrails, revert discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Observability mindset: tracing, metrics, SLOs, incident runbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Plus (nice to have): familiarity with media processing, vector retrieval\/embeddings, multilingual ASR\/TTS.<\/li>\n<li>Security &#038;
