In your first year, you can expect to:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work toward exceeding your ramped annual sales quota and create a pipeline that will propel the growth of your business in the following year<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Partner with our global Sales Enablement team, who will guide you through onboarding and development programs that ensure your success<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Create a plan for your own territory long-term, building demand and working on existing and newly created opportunities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Become an expert in MuleSoft messaging, our sales approach, and our products and services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be surrounded by a team of fiercely motivated individuals who are committed to delivering extraordinary customer outcomes<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you\u2019ll need to be successful:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Recent, cumulative experiences that demonstrate your success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to IT and business leaders<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience driving large deals, $500K+ as well as small door-opener deals<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong domain expertise in the pharma &#038; life sciences, Education and Real Estate industry sectors in India. At least 10+ years of experience in Solution sales within the Software industry<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Value speaking directly and honestly with others\u2019 best interests at heart (we use radical candor)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A highly collaborative standout colleague with company-first mentality\u2014\u201cbe a good human\u201d is a core value, meaning we leave our egos at the door and support each other to get results and win together.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
