Powered by our purpose \u2013 the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people \u2013 we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.<\/span>We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Content Moderation \u2013 Ops Lead<\/span>In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and\/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.<\/span>Proactively resolve people issues and ensure that attrition is well below the defined target.<\/span>Leading operations and spearheading processes for excelling business targets for the Business Unit.<\/span>Meet all people management metrics: Responsible for Attrition, Manpower requirement, Capacity planning, Utilization and Scheduling, Efficiency per person, Monitoring, Time Management, Seat Utilization, Statement of Work, Business Continuity Plan, Reports, Dashboards, other deliverables as required<\/span>Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives<\/span>Develop and implement measurement systems and provide insightful analytics around the metrics.<\/span>Deep technical expertise and data orientation in controllership, Management Information System and Service delivery<\/span>Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to discuss operational issues and CTQ delivery, raise issues & build relationship, understand customer issues proactively, fix to get the delight factor.<\/span>Set goals for the team and communicate goals on a regular basis.<\/span>Coach & mentor people \u2013 Motivating team with excellent people touch.<\/span>Efficiency and Process Transformation commitment and upstream improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma<\/span>Reconciliations of client reports<\/span>Leading calls with clients and other business functions<\/span>Running of projects independently<\/span>Preparation of dashboards and ability to understand current Business processes and suggest improvements Key for details.<\/span>Qualifications we seek in you<\/span>Minimum qualifications<\/b><\/span>Any graduate<\/span>Post Graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record<\/span>Relevant experience in a BPO\/KPO.<\/span>Should have handled a team of 80 to 100 people.<\/span>Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must.<\/span>Fluent in English Language<\/span>Speech X score: C1 or above<\/span>KF scores
