Description:<\/b><\/span>CTG is seeking to fill an Infrastructure Specialist – AWS DevOps position for our client.<\/span>Location: Remote
\n Duration: 11 months<\/span>Duties:<\/b><\/span>Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using services such as VPC, EC2, Route53, KMS, IAM, Lambda, EventBridge, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, S3, CloudTrail, and Config.<\/span>Build and maintain certified AMIs for organization-wide use.<\/span>Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.<\/span>Automate operational processes and tasks using Python and Shell scripting.<\/span>Design, implement, and maintain CI\/CD pipelines in GitLab to streamline deployments and enhance reliability.<\/span>Monitor infrastructure performance, security, and compliance, implementing best practices and standards.<\/span>Skills:<\/b><\/span>Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices.<\/span>Proficient in building and managing certified AMIs.<\/span>Advanced experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).<\/span>Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.<\/span>Experience with GitLab CI\/CD pipelines and automation.<\/span>Knowledge of AWS security, compliance, and monitoring best practices.<\/span>Experience:<\/b><\/span>Proven track record as an AWS DevOps or Infrastructure Specialist in enterprise environments.<\/span>Hands-on experience implementing cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.<\/span>Experience with operational monitoring and incident management in cloud environments.<\/span>Education:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.<\/span>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.<\/span>CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services for this role.<\/span>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00\/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
