We are on a mission to translate complex B2B concepts into clean, intuitive digital experiences that drive measurable conversions and support long-term brand goals. We are known for working directly with clients to build modern, conversion-focused websites for a global customer base.<\/span>The Opportunity<\/b><\/span>We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to join our fully remote team. You will be the design expert responsible for leading high-impact, end-to-end digital projects, working closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designer, and development team. This role requires a systems thinker who cares equally about form and function\u2014you must be fluent in Figma and thrive on autonomous execution.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Web Design & System Architecture<\/span>Lead end-to-end website design for B2B tech and SaaS clients\u2014from user flows and wireframes to polished, responsive UI.<\/span>Build and maintain expert-level Figma design systems (tokens, components, variants, documentation, and libraries).<\/span>Design and refine web interfaces in Figma using components, auto-layout, and design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency.<\/span>Apply grid systems, wireframing, and typography to communicate brand effectively and create conversion-driven layouts.<\/span>Strategy, Review & Handoff<\/span>Critically articulate and defend design decisions with clear rationale to both internal team members and clients.<\/span>Collaborate with developers (including the WordPress dev team) to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.<\/span>Collaborate with our team to deliver designs that meet client objectives and align with industry standards.<\/span>UX mindset: Create user flows and wireframes that solve real problems for B2B audiences.<\/span>Brand Support & Visual Assets<\/span>Support brand design projects as needed, creating brand-aligned visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, ebooks, pitch decks, reports, and print materials.<\/span>Maintain a consistent visual identity across various touchpoints.<\/span>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/span>Must-Haves<\/b><\/span>Exceptional portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion-driven web design work for B2B tech or SaaS companies (bonus if cybersecurity-related).<\/span>Expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, design systems, variants).<\/span>Strong design rationale: you can explain the why behind your design decisions.<\/span>Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and information architecture.<\/span>Excellent communication skills: comfortable presenting work and collaborating directly with clients.<\/span>Self-directed and proactive: remote-ready, organized, reliable in async environments, and capable of working independently.<\/span>Nice-to-Haves<\/b><\/span>Illustration skills<\/span>Branding experience<\/span>Motion design capabilities<\/span>Role Details & Benefits<\/span>Collaboration: Close partnership with the Lead Designer and WordPress dev team.<\/span>Tools: Figma, Slack, ClickUp.<\/span>Benefits: Remote work with flexible hours.<\/span>PTO: 11 paid holidays (4 US holidays + up to 7 local holidays of your choice).<\/span>Review: Quarterly performance reviews with goal-driven bonuses.<\/span>Growth: Opportunities to advance and grow your skills within a collaborative team that values creativity and innovation.<\/span>Note: Please be ready to share strong design portfolios (Web) with the recruiter in order to be presented to the client.<\/p>\n
