Excellent knowledge in Java, J2EE<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Core Java<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Hibernate, JPA, JTA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Spring, XMLBeans<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Web Services, XML, XSD<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. SQL,Oracle<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. MQ, JMS<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. WebSphere\/JBoss<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Java Scripts, Ajax, JSP, Servlet, Tag Library, Angular\/Microservice (nice to have<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Good Analytical and Logical skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Awareness of software engineering processes in design, code, testing etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Ability to work under less supervision.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of GPP and\/or Payment\u2019s domain is highly preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business Expertise<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Leadership<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>. No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for developing technical contribution and resolving assigned issues.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Mentoring\/grooming juniors. Capable of handling small team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Problem Solving<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Works on problems of defined scope<span class=\"br\"><\/span>. Follows standard practice and procedures to solve problems; analyses situations or data; monitors systems<span class=\"br\"><\/span>.
