The ideal candidate will have expertise in document understanding, LLMs, multimodal AI, and agentic AI systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will lead the development of a co-pilot-style solution capable of ingesting, processing, and reasoning over large volumes of documents (PDFs, scanned images, engineering drawings, invoices, P&#038;IDs, SOPs, etc.), and delivering accurate, context-aware answers to user queries.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role requires deep expertise in both cloud-native (Azure) and open-source AI ecosystems, with the ability to design autonomous, agent-driven workflows that integrate multiple tools, APIs, and data sources.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Work Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>AI\/ML Solution Design &#038; Development <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and implement document understanding pipelines (structured + unstructured data).<\/li>\n<li>Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and LLM-based copilots for enterprise knowledge management.<\/li>\n<li>Develop agentic AI workflows (using LangChain Agents, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.) for multi-step reasoning and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate OCR, computer vision, and NLP models to process scanned PDFs, engineering drawings, invoices, and P&#038;ID diagrams.<\/li>\n<li>Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LLaMA, etc.) for enterprise use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Cloud &#038; Data Engineering <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build scalable AI solutions on Azure tech stack (Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, AKS).<\/li>\n<li>Implement vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search, FAISS) for semantic and multimodal search.<\/li>\n<li>Design and manage efficient data pipelines using Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Full-Stack Collaboration <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with front-end developers (React) to integrate AI services into user-friendly applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth API design and deployment of AI services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Performance &#038; Governance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure system scalability, low latency, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Apply best practices for responsible AI (bias mitigation, data security, compliance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills &#038; Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Core AI\/ML Expertise <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in NLP, LLMs, RAG, and multimodal AI.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience building agentic AI workflows (LangChain Agents, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, Haystack agents).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with document AI, OCR, computer vision, and structured document parsing.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of knowledge graphs, embeddings, and semantic search.<\/li>\n<li>Programming &#038; Tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDKs).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data processing &#038; ETL pipelines (Pandas, Spark, Dask).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with React, REST APIs, FastAPI\/Flask\/Django for service integration.<\/li>\n<li>Strong in SQL (MS SQL), data modeling, and optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Cloud &#038; Infrastructure<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with Azure AI stack: Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, AKS.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hands-on with MLOps pipelines (Azure ML, MLflow, CI\/CD, Kubeflow).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge of containerization &#038; orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Other Preferred Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Azure AI Search).<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to scanned document\/image processing (Azure Form Recognizer, LayoutLM, Detectron, Tesseract OCR).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with engineering\/industrial documents (P&#038;ID, CAD drawings, invoices).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education &#038;
