The Product Developer, Sr works with other areas of the business to provide recommendations and mentors other team members.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Writes, refactors, and tests new and existing applications\/framework components.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in designing and reviewing core functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Designs and delivers formal or informal training, mentorship, and supports other developers.<\/li>\n<li>Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release.<\/li>\n<li>Looks to constantly improve coding standards and provides recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and provide estimates of work.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively delivers work on time with good quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you will need to succeed:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to learn new technology and industries quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail. Mentorship skills.<\/li>\n<li>Joy for learning new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Complex problem-solving skills.
