Come build it with us.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Lead \u2013 IT Engineering Services, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions within Salesforce to support core business functions. This role focuses primarily on Salesforce platform development, Apex programming, and system integration, while also leveraging Python as a supporting language where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and cross-functional engineering teams to implement robust solutions, streamline processes, and ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance. This hands-on technical role centers on building scalable Salesforce-based solutions and seamless integrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Salesforce Development: Lead the development of scalable solutions using<br \/>\n       Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce platform capabilities<br \/>\n       (Workflows, Flows, Process Builders) \u25cf Integration Engineering: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce<br \/>\n       and external systems using REST APIs or platforms like MuleSoft.<br \/>\n       \u25cf Python &#038; Scripting Support: Support automation or backend services using<br \/>\n       Python (preferably with Django) for non-Salesforce systems.<br \/>\n       \u25cf Database Interaction: Write optimized SOQL and SQL queries for data<br \/>\n       retrieval and manipulation across integrated platforms.<br \/>\n       \u25cf System Optimization: Apply data structures and algorithms knowledge tosolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.<br \/>\n       \u25cf Collaboration: Work with Salesforce Admins, QA, and DevOps teams to<br \/>\n       ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of platform enhancements.<br \/>\n       \u25cf Support &#038; Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues across Salesforce<br \/>\n       configurations, Apex code, and integrated systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<br \/>\n       \u25cf Timely and successful implementation of Salesforce solutions and integrations<br \/>\n       \u25cf Code quality and platform performance (low latency, minimal Apex governor<br \/>\n       limits)<br \/>\n       \u25cf Reduction in manual processes through automation and optimization<br \/>\n       \u25cf User satisfaction and minimal production incidents<br \/>\n       \u25cf Efficient and secure data handling across systems<br \/>\n       \u25cf Has an understanding of the Salesforce Governor limits and follows best<br \/>\n       practices for coding and code coverage<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skills Pre-requisite:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u25cf Salesforce Development: Advanced skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning<br \/>\n       Components (LWC\/Aura), Salesforce APIs<br \/>\n       \u25cf Salesforce Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with<br \/>\n       third-party systems using RESTful APIs or iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft<br \/>\n       \u25cf Python (Secondary): Working knowledge of Python scripting or<br \/>\n       Django\/Flask, used primarily for backend automation or supplementary<br \/>\n       services<br \/>\n       \u25cf Data Structures &#038;
