Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles and Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean\/Agile\/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques<\/li>\n<li>Write codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project<\/li>\n<li>Build features such as web services and Queries on existing tables<\/li>\n<li>Understand performance parameters and assess application performance<\/li>\n<li>Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualification<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer science or \u201cSTEM\u201d Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development with history of technical innovation preferably with building scalable, distributed systems using modern frameworks such as AWS, Azure or GCP<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Technical Expertise<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with Python 3.x and frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiar with asynchronous programming and RESTful API development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Exposure to AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and SageMaker.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiar with CI\/CD tools including GitLab CI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Aware of software development practices such as Lean, Agile, and XP.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prior experience in an Agile environment or introductory training on Lean\/Agile.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>General understanding of how technology choices impact the software development life cycle.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Prior work experience in an agile environment, or introductory training on Lean\/Agile<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business Acumen<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Displays understanding of the project&#8217;s value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework.
