Job Title Software Architect-.Net Core<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>Software Architect
\n Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud-native digital solutions across enterprise platforms. This role involves driving architecture for complex, multi-team programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling cutting-edge digital innovation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.<\/span>Your role:<\/b><\/span>Architecture & Strategy<\/span>Scope and define large-scale, system-level architecture for cloud and mobile solutions across multiple teams and domains.<\/span>Architect and oversee the implementation of cloud-native services (e.g., AWS, Azure , GCP) , with extensive experience in .NET technologies building applications, APIs, and services; ensuring performance, reliability, and security.<\/span>Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.<\/span>Database Management:<\/span>Knowledge of working with databases within microservices architecture, including SQL and NoSQL databases, data consistency, partitioning strategies, and efficient data retrieval methods<\/span>Technical Leadership & Problem Solving<\/span>Independently identify, analyze, and resolve architectural challenges using advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques.<\/span>Exercise independent judgment in the selection of technologies, tools, and methods to achieve desired outcomes.<\/span>Guide architectural decisions with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (microservices, containers, serverless, message queues) and modern software development paradigms.<\/span>Mentorship & Team Development<\/span>Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering growth in solution design and cloud architecture competencies.<\/span>Serve as a role model and advocate for architectural excellence and engineering rigor.<\/span>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/span>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, sales, procurement, subject matter experts (SMEs), IT\/operations and engineering teams to define and deliver robust, patient-centric solutions.<\/span>Contribute to cross-organization initiatives and serve as a strategic consultant on enterprise-wide projects.<\/span>Business Engagement & Solution Presentation<\/span>Prepare and deliver solution presentations and architecture overviews to clients, including C-level executives, clinicians, IT professionals, and procurement leaders.<\/span>Participate in client discussions, risk assessments, and contract evaluations to ensure successful solution delivery.<\/span>Risk & Compliance Management<\/span>Identify engagement risks and evaluate third-party components using standardized risk assessment methodologies.<\/span>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR) and support documentation for FDA or other regulatory submissions.<\/span>Continuous Improvement & Governance<\/span>Participate in post-project audits and retrospectives to drive improvements in architecture practices, project scoping, and delivery processes.<\/span>Establish and promote architectural best practices, governance models, and reusable frameworks.<\/span>You’re the right fit if:<\/span>Bachelor’s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3\u20135 years in a Technical Lead\/Architect role.<\/span>Expertise in C#, ASP.NET\/.NET Core, and GraphQL integrations.<\/span>Strong experience in microservices, REST Api and any of the databases.<\/span>Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR).<\/span>Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, serverless, containers, and modern messaging systems.<\/span>Proven experience in architecting and deploying cloud-based systems and mobile applications in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare<\/span>Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation.<\/span>How we work together
