DESIRABLE (AGILE, SCRUM)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>MANDATORY TRAININGS ATTENDED: Risk Management, EPM, Project Planners, ITSM<span class=\"br\"><\/span>REPORTING TO: Director<span class=\"br\"><\/span>RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Service Delivery Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes to optimize efficiency and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Team Leadership and Coordination: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, consultants, developers, and support staff, to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for team members to achieve high standards of service.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate resource allocation and resolve conflicts to meet project and support goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client Relationship Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular client reviews, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for additional services or solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the clients business processes and providing strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Project and Risk Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of project progress, changes, and final outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Expertise:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution architecture aligns with the clients business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation by recommending new features or enhancements to existing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Financial Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>CERTIFICATIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMI CAPM or PMP<\/li>\n<li>PRINCE 2 Foundation or Practitioner<\/li>\n<li>ITSM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>TECHNICAL SKILLS \/ COMPETENCIES:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>MANDATORY:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or project management, with at least 8 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations or support.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and delivering complex IT projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Knowledge on:<\/li>\n<li>Project Control Tools<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Project<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Management<\/li>\n<li>Visio<\/li>\n<li>Project Planning tools.<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Industry Knowledge on: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep Understanding and exp of MS Dynamics 365 F&#038;O implementation and projects<\/li>\n<li>Transition projects.<\/li>\n<li>AMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SOFT SKILLS:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>MANDATORY:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related Microsoft dynamics technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in58a767cc4a49e495ff5c979e57aef400?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB TITLE: Service Delivery Manager &#8211;
