If you&#8217;re passionate about innovation, governance, and delivering seamless digital experiences, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the Drupal platform SME, guiding internal and external teams toward aligned technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Conduct platform usage reviews and convert requirements into actionable specifications with relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Support Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and implementation with precision across testing and deployment<\/li>\n<li>Define and promote development standards, design patterns, and governance for scalable technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate UX, innovation, and problem-solving into project execution<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive system design documentation for all website components and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Lead production planning and ensure seamless deployment of platform solutions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage technical specifications and version control documentation<\/li>\n<li>Independently develop and deliver Drupal CMS solutions using best practices and architectural standards<\/li>\n<li>Provide expertise in Acquia platform capabilities, module development, and performance issue resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience, or master\u2019s with 10+ years<\/li>\n<li>Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Drupal CMS development, including architectural responsibilities and relevant technical expertise in CMS solution on Acquia platform, operations and exposure to Acquia Cloud Next.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop applications in complex, multi-platform distributed environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CMS migrations and deployment on Acquia platform infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as hardware, virtualization, and networking<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or Python for dynamic programming<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in tools like Visual Studio, Eclipse, Git, or SVN for modern development and version control<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience designing and delivering large-scale websites using Drupal 8\/9\/10 Web Content Management Systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in front-end technologies including CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams&#8217;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>representative of the patients and communities we serve.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accessibility and accommodation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Novartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with<span class=\"br\"><\/span>disabilities.
