No other agency has made a bigger impact on the lives of patients around the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Know more at: https:\/\/snow-companies.com\/ Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and document client-mandated submission requirements and ensure these protocols are maintained.<\/li>\n<li>With guidance from MLR\/Submission managers, create, uphold, and maintain submission checklists for assigned brands.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with new electronic submission and regulatory documentation practices and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of all current and upcoming submissions including the stage of review, job codes, references, and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Annotate any notes\/comments relevant to MLR reviewers onto the submission file (including \u201cred boxing\u201d as required for identifying derivative\/pick-up content, or callouts for new changes between reviews).<\/li>\n<li>Performing QC of MLR submission components\/package prepared by the team before submission. [this is not an editor role]<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and submission of electronic and\/or paper MLR-submission, including electronic tagging and linking references in Client system.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and build relationships with all internal cross-functional team members:<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with the Copy department, organize references to streamline project submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Support your cross-functional team with opening projects in Client review platforms.<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with the Editorial team, if appropriate, proofread\/fact check against multiple source documents to confirm annotation accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare Advertising Agency or comparable outside experience, passion for healthcare marketing<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with standard Client MLR-submission platforms such as Veeva Promo Mats and\/or Fuse<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency\/mastery of English language<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task under pressure, while remaining detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and collaborative team member<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, curious mindset, not afraid to ask questions; assumes that once there is a level of comfortability in our processes, the ideal candidate will proactively perform these tasks with increasing autonomy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/inef9fdc0d8dc6838ccc814c98a29dbe42?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: About Role: We have an exciting role of Analyst-Submission Specialist to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact.
