HR Business partners at the GIC: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive Business Results, with a focus on helping business leaders deliver function-led priorities<\/li>\n<li>Provide Thought Leadership, staying current on industry best practices, embracing and leading change, challenging the status quo and considering innovative solutions<\/li>\n<li>Grow our Culture, through talent development and high employee engagement by connecting directly with employees<\/li>\n<li>Act as a Trusted Advisor, by coaching leaders at all levels with confidence and credibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This role partners with local and global key stakeholders to bring functional talent strategies to life at the GIC. The role reports to Head HRBP.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dedicated HR Business Partner support for assigned functional groups within Sales, CMI, Digital &#038; Technology, Supply Chain &#038; Innovation, Technology &#038; Quality(ITQ) function at the GIC<\/li>\n<li>Partners with Function leaders to establish strategic local talent priorities for the business &#038; oversee its delivery<\/li>\n<li>Leads annual performance management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for local talent management and workforce planning for assigned functional groups; identifies talent pipeline needs, supports the development of succession plans, and ensures the ongoing development of key function talent, critical talent retention plan<\/li>\n<li>Provides HR project support for business-based needs and supports key projects \/ initiatives within the GIC HR team, as assigned (e.g. employee engagement, compensation, process improvements)<\/li>\n<li>Partners with recruitment team for developing plans for strategic talent hiring<\/li>\n<li>Drives organizational effectiveness goals, supports change management initiatives, consults on organization structure<\/li>\n<li>Ensures adherence to global, regional and local HR processes and standards<\/li>\n<li>Fosters function-based team effectiveness, through facilitation support and coaching<\/li>\n<li>Partners with clients, local Employee Relations team and global teams to resolve ER issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Must &#8211; have technical skills and experiences <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in HR or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 10-12 years of relevant experience, out of which minimum 5 years in HR Business Partnering role<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service focus &#038; influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications and a willingness to learn other systems as needed<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills \u2013 ability to prepare and analyse reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and manage projects independently<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Information Technology industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Good to have aspects <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of CPG industry<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in GCCs<\/li>\n<li>External networks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>COMPANY OVERVIEW<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We exist to make food the world loves.
