Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you engage with client stakeholders, maintain synchronization on project progress, and provide valuable feedback to help squad members grow. You&#8217;ll represent the team at user group meetings, leadership gatherings, and client interactions, deftly navigating complex scenarios as they arise.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You&#8217;ll play a pivotal role in interdisciplinary service improvements projects, collaborating with other squads and creating agile teams to meet customer evolving needs. And finally, you\u2019re open and borderless \u2013 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Skills and Experience:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Having 6+ years of Experinece in service Desk lead<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication in English<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical Knowledge preferred<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent Team Management Skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good logical thinking<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven capability to manage\/influence internal and external stake holders<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Able to manage team members across locations and across shifts<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Potential to act as a backup for other domain leads<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accountable for all customer experience in the Service Desk domain<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent understanding of ITIL processes<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel &#038; PowerPoint, is a must<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage the service desk support domain<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Servicenow, Microsoft O365 &#8211; Office products ( Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint etc), Basic desktop application knowledge, basic Avaya, AWS cloud connect knowledge,<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Preferred Skills and Experience:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for the activities in Service desk domain<span class=\"br\"><\/span>ITIL4 Certified within 6 months from the time resource is on boarded into to the project<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good Understanding of Service Now as a tool<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skills Validation will be enabledat all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with CUSTOMER Nominated SPOC on quarterly basis up to 2 Quarters<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Being You<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\u2019s how we think and who we are.
