Our solutions are designed for teams of 1 to 500 people with a focus on increasing productivity. iKeva prides itself on providing high quality service to its members, with an environment that is efficient, and fun filled. iKevas bouquet of services includes ready-to-use spaces for small teams and customized offices for larger teams. iKeva provides a collaborative, fun filled and high energy work environment for its Associates which helps them in their professional growth.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Currently, we have over 7500 seats across Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead generation and Demand generation<\/li>\n<li>Drive demand generation through digital channels by creating targeted campaigns to attract startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small-to-medium businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and optimize SEO\/SEM strategies to increase website traffic, improve rankings, and generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to support business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Content Creation &#038; Management<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage content strategies for digital channels, including the website, social media.<\/li>\n<li>Work with creative teams to produce high-quality digital content (graphics, videos, blogs) that highlights the benefits and unique features of our flexi-space offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize content to improve user engagement and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Social Media Management<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) to build brand awareness and engage with the community.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.<\/li>\n<li>Foster online communities and encourage conversations around our flexi-space offerings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Email Marketing &#038; Automation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, offers) to nurture leads and engage with current and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Use email automation tools to segment lists, personalize messages, and optimize open and conversion rates.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor email performance and continually test and refine content and strategies for better results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Strategy Development<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our business.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze customer behavior and industry trends to optimize digital campaigns across platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Brand Presence and Reputation Management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor online reviews, feedback, and reputation on platforms such as Google My Business and others to ensure a positive online presence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Candidate Profile:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
