And finally, you\u2019re open and borderless \u2013 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Need 6+ years experience in Diagnose and resolve critical, persistent, and high-impact incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct detailed root cause analyses for recurring or escalated problems<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement workaround solutions for unresolvable or unknown issues<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Avaya engineering or development teams for product bugs and enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> conduct exhaustive troubleshooting, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzing system logs, traces, and debug outputs to pinpoint issues<\/li>\n<li>Replicating problems in lab or test environments to isolate root causes<\/li>\n<li>Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as Avaya Diagnostic Server, traceSM, and wireshark for in-depth packet and protocol analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avaya System Manager and Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA): For managing system configurations and user access<\/li>\n<li>Avaya Diagnostic Server \/ trace SM: Advanced call and signaling trace analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Wireshark and network analyzers: For deep packet inspection and network troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Being You<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\u2019s how we think and who we are.
