We are committed to solving identity problems through grassroots research and social purpose initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Purpose of the Role: Assist with the integration of Yoti solutions by creating structured, impactful engagements with clients. Act as a key trusted relationship contact for integrators, ensuring they have a successful integration experience\/proof of concepts and adopt the Yoti services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Role Dimensions: Part of the Client Services department working closely with the Sales, Product, BI (Business Intelligence) and Operations Team. Member of the Solutions team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Principal Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate clearly and confidently about the Yoti product suite to all stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical advice and guidance, ensuring potential customers understand all necessary technical aspects and can successfully integrate with Yoti.<\/li>\n<li>Present compelling, well-considered solutions to complex technical problems.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to external clients.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal development teams to support feature development based on business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively improve skills in technical languages related to web and mobile SDKs.<\/li>\n<li>Update technical integration guides and API reference documentation for both internal and external audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing responses to technical and product inquiries during enterprise and government procurement processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React\/Svelte), REST APIs, OAuth and WebSockets.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in backend technologies, including microservices architecture, database systems (PostgreSQL\/SQLite), and containerization tools such as Docker.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in at least two Yoti SDK languages (Node, PHP, Java, Python, C#, or Go); comfortable with mobile platforms (Android and iOS).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software architecture methodologies and a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience supporting and troubleshooting software issues.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator with strong oral and written skills; collaborative and eager to share knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What\u2019s in it for you? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Insurance cover of INR 5 lakhs<\/li>\n<li>Life Insurance \/ Accidental cover<\/li>\n<li>Gratuity as per law<\/li>\n<li>PF as per law<\/li>\n<li>18 days paid leave + 6 sick day leave (Yearly)<\/li>\n<li>10 declared holidays (Yearly)<\/li>\n<li>5 fully paid Selfie Days &#8211; for your own personal development, volunteering, charity events, etc<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly Team and company activities, Social clubs.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning opportunities (Annual Training budgets, conferences etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is a great opportunity to join a company that is leading the way for innovative and responsible identity verification.
