Together, we\u2019re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world\u2019s biggest health challenges.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The role Area Sales Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is an individual contributor role and responsible for <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive Primary and Secondary Business, complete all assignments given from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Profitable revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Customer Satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Achieving given Sales targets for Self<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and review proper Sales funnel in SFDC on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This position is part of the Beckman Diagnostics Commercial Team located in Pune and will be working in remote mode. If you thrive in a direct Sales role and want to work to build a world-class Sales organization\u2014read on.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Area Sales Manager (ASM) functions as the sales point of contact for a set of customers in a defined territory managing both direct clients and Channel partners across product lines. The person is responsible for managing primary and driving secondary sales. The focus is to optimize business in the given territory while driving profitable revenue growth.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role, you will have the opportunity to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and grow business for the company by promoting product range and implementing Sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Build long term relationships with the end users and important stakeholders in the assigned territory by meeting customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Work with Channel Partner for streamlining Inventory and Order Management<\/li>\n<li>Take lead to collaborate with Customers and APPS \/ Marketing team to conduct PEP, Workshops, Education programs at Customer sites periodically, expand menu and wallet share<\/li>\n<li>Work with multiple Stakeholders including team members from Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Logistics and Distribution, Finance, HR, Product Managers, Legal etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The essential requirements of the job include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.E \/ B. Sc. Degree \/ Any post graduate degree<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in laboratory Diagnostics (8+ years\u2019 experience is a minimum) with knowledge of the local IVD market<\/li>\n<li>Clinical and commercial driven individual with good knowledge of Funnel Management.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and the relevant local language with ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, distributors etc.<\/li>\n<li>Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distributor Relations Management and Key account management.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in CRMs like SFDC<\/li>\n<li>Experience in MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, should be able to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Danaher is committed to a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong, and all voices are heard.
