We are EVERSANA.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>THE POSITION:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Senior PHP\/Drupal\/WordPress Developer is the primary support for the team lead in facilitating day-to-day project work, mentoring other developers, and working with internal stakeholders (business systems analysts, architects, and project management) to align the details of technical solutions. The senior developer provides executional leadership within their associated team to advocate standards and ensure quality of service. In this role, developers will interface with clients and client IT organizations and provide key inputs to development solution and estimation efforts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Self-manage assigned work to complete tasks within planned timelines with minimal oversight<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participate in meetings and asset reviews and show up prepared<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ongoing awareness of project schedule details, including key milestones, dependencies, and delivery dates<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Immediate communication to the Team Lead of project roadblocks that may jeopardize scope, quality, or timeline<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accurately log work time daily<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Act to develop skills needed for effectiveness in current role<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proactively work with technical lead and Business Systems Analyst to gain clarity in requirements in order to align work product with expected behavior<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Unit test completed work to verify alignment to standards and requirements before check-in<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Determine daily work schedule to address assigned tasks, meet priority and target timelines<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bring attention of perceived project risk to the team lead, project manager, or functional manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience<\/li>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; experience as a front-end developer including web content management system experience working with one or more CMS platforms, including Drupal 9\/10 and WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with content development, styling, template\/twig development and theming in Drupal 9\/10 and WordPress required<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency in client-side technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of responsive web design and related development techniques<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with browser and device testing and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency coding object-oriented JavaScript and the ability to leverage frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, and React<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Figma<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of source control systems (GIT)<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CMS technologies and a solid understanding of CMS operations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a collaborative team-environment and communicate status to both technical and nontechnical project members<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Patient Minded I act with the patient&#8217;s best interest in mind.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Client Delight I own every client experience and its impact on results.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Take Action I am empowered and empower others to act now.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Grow Talent I own my development and invest in the development of others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Win Together I passionately connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime to achieve results.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Communication Matters I speak up to create transparent, thoughtful and timely dialogue.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Embrace Diversity I create an environment of awareness and respect.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Always Innovate I am bold and creative in everything I do.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>From EVERSANA&#8217;s inception, Diversity, Equity &#038; Inclusion have always been key to our success.
