They will provide architectural guidance to ensure secure and seamless migration of Power Platform solutions and related services. Additionally, the consultant will lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. development skills include developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps, automating business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, and creating data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions, integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications, and ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn\u2019t specific to any one platform, so you\u2019ll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you\u2019ll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won\u2019t find anywhere else.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. Trust us, that won\u2019t be an issue.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop Power Platform solutions that meet the business requirements and follow the best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Use Power Apps to create canvas and model-driven apps that provide rich and responsive user interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Use Power Automate to create flows that automate business processes and integrate data sources.<\/li>\n<li>Use Power BI to create reports and dashboards that visualize and analyse data.<\/li>\n<li>Use Power Virtual Agents to create chatbots that provide conversational experiences and handle common scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Use Power Platform connectors to connect to various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, OneDrive, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Create custom connectors to connect to external APIs and services.<\/li>\n<li>Use Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, etc., to extend and enhance the functionality of Power Platform solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Use Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 components, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc., to integrate and collaborate with Power Platform solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Test, debug, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions and ensure their quality and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy, monitor, and manage Power Platform solutions and ensure their security and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Document and maintain Power Platform solutions and provide user training and support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Your future at Kyndryl<br \/>\n       There are lots of opportunities to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and you\u2019ll continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. Many of our Infrastructure Specialists are on a path toward becoming either an Architect or Distinguished Engineer, and there are opportunities at every skill level to grow in either of these directions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Who You Are<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you\u2019re open and borderless \u2013 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Technical and Professional Expertise<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT with strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer (PL-500)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proficient in Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, REST API<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services is essential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>knowledgeable about tenant-to-tenant migration tools and techniques, such as Sharegate and Quest.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiarity with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management for Power Platform integrations is also required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>proficiency in creating and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environment strategies, and licensing considerations is crucial.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to analyses complex dependencies and inter-connectivity between M365 services during migration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Expertise in troubleshooting issues related to Power Platform applications and workflows post-migration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with large-scale M365 tenant migrations and Power Platform optimization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in the M365 ecosystem.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Knowledge on JavaScript, PowerShell.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Being You<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\u2019s how we think and who we are.
