We collaborate heavily with the larger QE group to support all testing needs. We build tools and applications with an automate everything mindset, to bring efficiency across the organization. We are responsible for bringing innovative solutions and processes with a quality first mind set as we scale our global platform.<\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>We are hiring Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building software libraries, framework and tools (Platform-as-a-Service), strike a balance between engineering excellence and test quality, architect and develop solutions across multiple delivery pipelines, and establish best practices & processes which improve developer efficiencies and product quality.<\/span>The ideal candidate will also have a track record of having worked with multiple cross-functional teams and the ability to handle multiple initiatives as part of the overall product release pipeline. You are a key influencer in your team\u2019s strategy and contribute significantly to team planning. You show good judgment making trade-offs between immediate and long-term business needs. You are a collaborative partner that makes other team members around you more productive, by sharing your knowledge, and helping to tiebreak key technical decisions. You provide mentoring to others.<\/span>Scope: You are a recognized subject matter expert related to one or more production software systems and have demonstrated a pattern of independently shipping high quality features changes in those or similar systems. Works on problems of diverse scope.<\/span>Impact: Creates functional level impact, delivers more complex features. Helps drive clarity and define problems proactively.<\/span>Problem Definition & Complexity: Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues. You deliver high-quality results the first time and improve code, documentation,and results with each iteration. Autonomous in driving implementations.
