This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success to steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.<\/span>Strong understanding of development and a proven track record of successful product launches are essential. Additionally the role involves adapting to a modular development pattern and building on top of the Holepunch peer to peer stack for our projects. Prior experience with peer to peer stack is great to have.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Lead, oversee and plan day to day development activities.<\/span>Collaborate with developers, product and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.<\/span>Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.<\/span>Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.<\/span>Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.<\/span>Drive improvements in process and practices.<\/span>Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.<\/span>5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.<\/span>2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).<\/span>Basic understanding of peer to peer systems is essential.<\/span>Basic experience with Python, C++ and Rust is good to have.<\/span>Proven experience launching successful products.<\/span>Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and good development practices.<\/span>Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.<\/span>Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.<\/span>Experience with modern dev practices: CI\/CD, automated testing, agile.<\/span>If you are passionate about leading teams from the front on revolutionary projects for humanity, we’d love to hear from you!<\/span>Important information for candidates
