This is a unique opportunity to work on products that transform the way organizations understand, measure, and develop talent.<br \/>\n       If you thrive in agile environments, love solving real-world technical challenges, and enjoy mentoring high-performing teams-we want to hear from you.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You&#8217;ll Do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead delivery of critical product and platform initiatives in an agile, cross-functional setup.<\/li>\n<li>Champion architectural and engineering best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li>Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and release cycles with clear visibility of scope and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate across Product, QA, and UX to align technical execution with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce process improvements and automation to increase delivery velocity and code quality.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship on architecture, design, and coding standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we are looking for:<\/b><br \/><b>Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise and hands-on software development experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI\/CD, architectural principles and cloud-native practices<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with Go, PHP, JavaScript (Node.js\/React)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, or other RDBMS\/NoSQL systems<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI\/CD pipelines, and monitoring\/observability tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Desirable : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized Product Engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver scalable backend systems or distributed applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Get in touch:<br \/>\n       Find out how this one-off opportunity can help you to achieve your career goals by making an application to our knowledgeable and friendly Talent Acquisition team.
