We prefer at least 4 hr. worktime overlap with US EST time zone. Key Responsibilities: \u2022 Design\/Develop frontend using React\/NextJS and CSS (like understand pure CSS but leverage frameworks like Bootstrap\/TailwindCSS as well) \u2022 Basic working knowledge of Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Backend technologies like Java\/Spring and NodeJS and basic knowledge of PHP \u2022 Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM). \u2022 Use AI tools given to you for integrating into your normal programming workflow (CoPilot\/Windsurf). \u2022 Work with an RDS like MySQL or Oracle for some database management (and familiar with DB concepts and able to write queries for applications) \u2022 Integrate and learn new third-party tools and technologies as needed. \u2022 Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control. \u2022 Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. \u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of applications. \u2022 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. \u2022 Good knowledge of application management and support process. Key Skills: This position requires a mid to senior Full stack developer. We prefer at least 4 hr. worktime overlap with US EST time zone.
