If you are excited about a role but don’t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\u2019re looking to add a ERP Functional Consultant (Baan V \/ Infor LN) \u2013 IT located in Coimbatore location.<\/span>Reporting to the Director, and the role involves:<\/span>What a typical day looks like:<\/b><\/span>Create specifications as input for the development process; developing applications within BaanV\/InforLN\/Mule API.<\/span>Support developers in creating solutions according to the given requirements and specifications.<\/span>Helping out developers with functional queries during development phase of any Infor ERP solutions.<\/span>Testing and documentation of software solutions to ensure proper functionality.<\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.<\/span>Collaboration with business users to receive \u201cUser acceptance documentation\u201d on time.<\/span>Prepare Process documentation of BaanV\/Infor LN\/Integration solutions<\/span>Work with requestors to advise on how to configure the system to implement solutions.<\/span>Troubleshooting and resolve issues\/request arising out of LN\/Baan application.<\/span>AS-IS & TO-BE analysis of Infor LN\/Baan5 solution requiring development.<\/span>Problem solving capability\/ answering to user inquiries\/offering support for documented solutions to peers within Infor ERP space.<\/span>Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support<\/span>Arranging & participating knowledge sharing sessions within or across peers.<\/span>The experience we\u2019re looking to add to our team:<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree or Master\u2019s degree in IT or related fields.<\/span>Min 5-8Yrs of exp in ERP and 2-3Yrs of exp in Baan \/ Infor LN.<\/span>Good knowledge of InforLN\/Baan5 logictics modules (Order Management\/Warehousing\/Planning\/Procurement\/Finance).<\/span>Knowledge of one or more module is desirable.<\/span>Experience in Integration testing between ERP & Middleware.<\/span>Experience in ERP as end user or consultant.<\/span>Writing functional specification for development of Baan5\/InforLN finance solutions.<\/span>Testing of solutions (unit & regression)<\/span>Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues\u00b7<\/span>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences<\/span>Good at self-teaching and desire to continuously learn.<\/span>Aptitude in understanding business side as well as IT side in problem solving.<\/span>Day shift (8am-5pm \/ 11am-8pm)<\/span>What you\u2019ll receive for the great work you provide:<\/span>Health Insurance<\/span>Paid Time Off<\/span>NK99<\/span>Job Category IT<\/span>Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.<\/span>Flex does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
