Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm&#8217;s business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, GQ\/DQ, Visual Solutions, Projects\/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibility Areas:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add \/ Update information in the German Language into a proprietary data base classified and categorized appropriately, per defined standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring Quality of information entered in the data base is free from error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coding: Information to be classified in the data base, under the following categories, to be easily and accurately referenced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Function being performed by candidate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Company\/ Business Sector with which person is working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Position at which candidate is working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Transfer: Transferring Confidential Candidate and Company information from documents in German into the data base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with client w.r.t queries (80% Written \/ 20% Verbal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent German Language skills (German to English and vice versa)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
