As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications.<\/span>Job Description:<\/b><\/span>Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers to build scalable, high-performance mobile applications.<\/span>Architect and develop iOS applications using SwiftUI, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.<\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.<\/span>Drive best practices in coding, testing, and architecture, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.<\/span>Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth, bug-free releases and efficient debugging.<\/span>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure the development of clean, well-structured code.<\/span>Manage the full app lifecycle from concept through to deployment, ensuring deadlines are met and user satisfaction is achieved.<\/span>Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and frameworks when appropriate.<\/span>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing app performance.<\/span>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Must have at least 7 to 10 Years of experience in iOS app development.<\/span>Must have extensive experience with SwiftUI and be proficient in leveraging it for building modern, declarative UI.<\/span>Strong experience with Swift, UIKit, and Combine.<\/span>Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.<\/span>Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and frameworks.<\/span>Solid understanding of iOS design patterns and best practices (MVC, MVVM, etc.).<\/span>Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.<\/span>Experience with Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.<\/span>Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines and version control (Git).<\/span>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.<\/span>Benefits:<\/b><\/span>We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.<\/span>Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave.<\/span>Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.<\/span>Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme.<\/span>Our commitment to you:<\/b><\/span>Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
