If you’re a seasoned C++ pro and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.<\/span>Location: Bangalore<\/span>Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.<\/span>This position will be part of Sapiens’ L&P division, for more information about it, click here:<\/span>What you’ll do:<\/b><\/span>Designing, and developing of core components\/services that are flexible, extensible, multi-tier, scalable, high-performance and reliable applications of an advanced complex software system, called Coresuite both in R&D and Delivery.<\/span>\u00b7 Designing, development of core components\/services which are flexible, extensible, multi-tier, scalable, high performance and reliable applications<\/span>\u00b7 Object Oriented Analysis, Design, development of software components and applications<\/span>\u00b7 Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers<\/span>\u00b7 Analyze requirement specifications, carry out feasibility analysis and estimating effort<\/span>\u00b7 Developing use cases and design alternatives in accordance with business requirements<\/span>\u00b7 Interact with Product Owner and Business analyst across geographies to leverage expertise and take up development to next level<\/span>\u00b7 Work effectively in all phases of the software development life-cycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and release, and help team members to do the same to accomplish deliverables on time<\/span>\u00b7 Contribute in institutionalize the industry standard best software engineering processes, practices and methodologies<\/span>\u00b7 Help in recruitment, assimilate necessary technical knowledge and share with team to meet organizational goals<\/span>\u00b7 Participating in code reviews, working with business analyst and testers to effectively document and validate all implementations<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees.<\/span>What to Have for this position.<\/span>Must have Skills.<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 3.5+ years of hands on design and development experience in C++, and contributes to build the large-scale architecture system.<\/span>\u00b7 Well versed with object oriented methodologies<\/span>\u00b7 Good knowledge of Design patterns, and Data Structures<\/span>\u00b7 Experience working with relational database and SQL commands<\/span>\u00b7 Proven experience in exploring new technologies to developing and delivering innovative solutions<\/span>\u00b7 Good conceptual, analytical, mathematical skills.<\/span>\u00b7 Very good verbal and written communication skills<\/span>\u00b7 Self-motivated, flexible, quick learning capability and ability to perform under pressure.<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to work independently, to work well with others and to be a team player.<\/span>\u00b7 Demonstrated experience with strong focus on quality and timely delivery.<\/span>Nice to have<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Knowledge in Insurance<\/span>\u00b7 Experience with Agile development methodologies (specifically scrum)<\/span>About Sapiens<\/span>Sapiens is a global leader in the insurance industry, delivering its award-winning, cloud-based SaaS insurance platform to over 600 customers in more than 30 countries.
